Betta Shade

We have used BETTA SHADES in Mandurah 3x over the last 6yrs.The last time in June it was a complete disaster. We paid cash for what was supposed to be 100 weather proof blinds. The rain pissed them the next day.I spoke to Daniel the owner and compained. He told me i had ordered the 99% fabric and offered to replace the fabric for $750. He said he had video evidence of me agreeing to 99% but when i asked to see it he ignored me. I argued that 99% shouldnt of pissed thru like it did anyway. Then the lockdown clips broke and he has ignored our request to come and replace these 3mnth old plastic parts. We had to go out next day and buy bunnings plastic bistro blinds to protect all our patio furniture from the rain and install ourselves at a cost, SO MY POINT IS DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS AS THAY DO NOT HONOUR THERE JOB OR WORK AND CUSTOMERS He has blocked me and left us with no warranty. I have paperwork and txt evidence of conversations.

Delighted with our patio transformation into a fantastic screened outdoor room, protecting us from the elements. Daniel and Lloyd were great to work with and we would recommend them.

We were so happy with the fit and install of our five outdoor blinds. The time from measure, quote to install was very quick. This product was quality, and most reasonably priced. We highly recommend the family members Daniel and Jayden. They were awesome fitters and great to deal with. Go no where else.

Very happy with our outdoor blinds on our three windows. Daniel turned up to quote when he said he would, and Lloyd and Jayden did a fabulous job installing them. Great pride in their workmanship too Prompt, professional and quality product - A+ Thank you 🙏 Matt & Skye⭐️

We had a recommendation to bettashade from friends and we're pleased that we took their advice. Daniel and his colleague have done an excellent job fitting our outside blinds. Thanks Daniel.

A big thanks to Daniel for the great job on the shades he installed in our carport, such a top notch job. Very reasonable quote and great quality materials used. Many thanks.

Excellent experience and service. Daniel is very professional. I didn't think that the old patio could look so good. We went for the screens. Great privacy screens. No one can look in, but you can see out perfectly. Daniel and loyd done the install. And it looks so good. Done in a couple of hours. Very happy with the service, install and price. I would recommend them and beta shades company
