Coastal Shade WA has built a following around Port Kennedy for its outdoor shade work, with Zip Track blinds for alfresco areas and patio spaces emerging as the installations most often praised. Kim, Daniel and Clynton are named repeatedly for their knowledge, patience and professionalism, starting from the first enquiry and quote and continuing through to the fitting. Customers describe thorough advice, including demonstrations of how the blinds operate, and communication that stayed responsive at every stage. Quick turnaround and punctuality come up often, with accounts noting installation days that ran without a hitch and workmen who tidied the site and left it as they found it.

The product itself draws consistent praise, with components reported to have withstood strong winds, and pricing described as competitive and fair against larger operators. The measuring and fitting of the blinds is another recurring theme, with owners noting that the blinds roll easily and perform as promised. Fence shades and patio projects also feature in feedback, along with intentions from some clients to return for further work, which reflects satisfaction with both the finished result and the service behind it.
