Cairns Vinyl & Canvas

Cairns Vinyl & Canvas is a locally owned and operated business serving Cairns and the surrounding areas. It began as a small, locally owned business. The company provides upholstery services for businesses, boats, and cars, and offers custom shade sails and canvas and vinyl products. It also offers free consultations and quotes.

Boat owners and vehicle enthusiasts around Cairns have turned to this Bungalow manufacturer for made-to-measure canvas work, upholstery and shade structures, and the feedback consistently highlights accurate fit and lasting results. A client in Papua New Guinea sent through dimensions and a fabric swatch for a boat cover that returned correctly sized, while others have commissioned tonneau covers, dog box covers, roof linings and pool shades.

Shaun is named repeatedly for his hands-on involvement, with Brett also singled out for knowledgeable guidance on shade options, and Stephen praised for exceeding expectations on a small job. A recurring point is fair pricing, with one reviewer noting considerable savings on a roof lining compared with other quotes. Turnaround is described as quick and jobs are handled without fuss, whether the task involves boat seats or a complete vehicle interior.

More than one customer describes the finish as professional and seamless, commenting on the standard achieved on both BMW and Maserati interiors. The team is valued for taking on projects of any size and for steering customers towards the most suitable material and design. Craftsmanship, affordability and a straightforward approach are the themes that come up across the feedback, along with prompt quotes and a wide choice of materials.
