There was poor communication between their internal teams, and the customer service was even worse. At the beginning of the project, the sales team stated that the work could be completed within 12 weeks; however, the project ultimately took 18 weeks to complete. Additionally, they did not proactively provide schedule updates unless we specifically requested them.
