It provides window furnishings including roller blinds, shutters, curtains, Venetian blinds, vertical blinds, Roman blinds, and panel blinds. Services include free in-home consultations and free measure and quote, professional installation, tailored commercial flooring for shopfronts, medical spaces, schools, and large offices, insurance flooring replacement, and full-service support from inspiration and quoting to installation and after-sales advice. It also offers a Room Visualiser tool and expert product advice.

Choices Flooring Orange (by Bel Air) is described by customers as a place where window treatments and flooring work are handled together, with reviewers often mentioning the ease of organising blinds, shutters and carpets through the one business. The recurring praise centres on the advice given before work begins and the quality of the finished result, with Roger singled out for his work on shutters, including a difficult bay window, and Luke for carpet and flooring. Mitch also appears in several accounts for measuring and fitting.

Customers consistently report that staff arrived when arranged, worked quickly and left the site tidy. The showroom's range is noted as helping people choose between plantation shutters, outdoor blinds, hybrid boards, vinyl planks and carpet. Fair pricing and clear communication throughout the job come up repeatedly, as does the friendliness of the team. Several reviewers describe being pleased with how floors and shutters look once completed, and some mention returning for further rooms. The attention to detail shown by Roger and the helpfulness of Eve are among the specific points raised.
