We were very impressed with the service received , from first dealing with Kelly in the office who was prompt and kept us informed to Kaylan who came to assess the issue. Kaylan installed new batteries and noticed one blind needed rectification and arranged replacement. Kaylan treated us with respect , his workmanship was excellent, and he cleaned up after the work. Thank you
Terrible experience with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone. After placing original order in December last year, the job is still not complete after multiple delays by blinds being wrongly measured and having to be remade and the incorrectly installed. What is the most annoying part of this whole terrible experience is that it has cost us more in mortgage repayments due to paying in advance for a job that is still not finished when the money would have been used to offset interest on our loan. You need to do better. Happy for the manager to contact me to discuss.
We had new roller blinds and sheer curtains installed last year. They look fabulous. From the first call for a quote through to service after installation the experience with Classic Blinds & Shutters has been amazing. Jake was very thorough in quoting for the blinds & curtains and shutters as well. He has followed up since with product updates. We visited the showroom to be sure of our fabric choices and they were so helpful. We needed a service call for the blind automation and new charger cables this year. Nothing was too much trouble in Customer Service. Great experience and products.
I recently had the SleepMax total blockout blinds/shutters installed in my bedroom and cannot recommend them highly enough!! As a shift worker who often works night shifts and has to sleep during the day, the SleepMax blinds are a game changer. My bedroom is completely dark for sleeping, and the noise and heat is greatly reduced as well. I have not slept this well on night shift for years. And they look great too! They would work really well for families with young children too. This is a brilliant product Classic Blinds- 5/5 rating!
After having a house full of Classic Shutters, we couldn’t go past them to provide shutters for our new ensuite. Phil was prompt to come and quote the job and explained the new closure design and how the openings of the shutters would work. He explained the lead time - and our shutters were actually ready for installation earlier than expected. Admin staff were cheerful and polite and assisted us through the payment schedule and booking an installation time that suited us. Kayden (??) the installation guy was very polite and efficient - installing the shutters in less than 1/2 hr. I could not praise Classic Shutters staff enough for the professional yet friendly approach to their business and producing a quality product that is second to none. A special shout out to the installers who did a fantastic job and went out of their way to accommodate the needs of a shift worker who was trying to sleep in the house while they were working.
