Custom-made curtains and matching blinds are the services most often described by customers of this Townsville business, who return over many years for both. Lorelle and Danielle are named repeatedly for their product knowledge, and reviewers describe being guided through fabric selection and window treatment choices when they were unsure what would suit their homes. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the balance of sound workmanship with reasonable cost, with long-standing clients remarking that the pricing stays fair.

Promptness, polite service and a friendly manner are mentioned alongside the finished result, which reviewers describe as looking very nice once hung. Advice is given patiently, including to those who arrive without a clear idea of what they want, and the overall experience is characterised as knowledgeable, helpful and well organised from start to finish. Repeat work for the same households appears among the completed jobs, with the quality of both the product and the making process attracting consistent praise, and the team's willingness to spend time getting the details right emerges as the thread running through the feedback.
