Absolutely, fantastic customer service, they really go above and beyond and have far exceeded my expectations! From the first consultation of deciding what blinds to go for to the measuring and fitting, and the finished results. I cannot thank June and her team enough for their work. They have expert opinions on colour matching, and they really helped me pick the best suitable product for my home. You wouldn’t think it but these curtains made my house into a home. Well done to all the team, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
What an amazing service start to finish. So impressed with my shutters. June was so amazing, friendly and accommodating… She was a good laugh too☺️ the fitting and installation went amazing and ahead of schedule. I will definitely be going back to curtain gallery again. Great job guys👍
Do not use these guys! We paid over 4k for some blinds. Installers came round and completely butchered the mounting of the brackets leaving holes in our new roof. After trying to contact the manager for sometime finally got through for the manager to not even offer any cash back or any kind of deal, Absolutely appalling service. After spending thousands of dollars, feel Absolutely ripped off. And the blinds dont even operate smoothly now they say they have finished them.
I can't praise Naomi and the team at Curtain Gallery enough. We absolutely love all our blinds, we had the whole house done, roller blinds, verticals in the laundry and panel glides on back sliders but my absolute favourite are the Platation Shutters in my bedroom. Thank you 🤗
Terrible experience from start. Ordered plantation shutters & verticals for sliding doors in last week of October, job was finished today April 14. One set of shutters were 12cm short when measured & one set missing at installation. All shutters were 2 big for windows so doors sag in middle so need to be lifted to close. We should have been informed about this & had more doors. Customers service returned one call out of 12 when saying they would call back. Cancelled installation days twice & didn’t inform us. 6 months to wait for product no communication, several mistakes were made in measuring & booking installation days. The installation guy was most enjoyable part of experience, he was great. Would not recommend this company.
Absolutely love my new sheer curtains! Everyone at Curtain Gallery was so helpful from start to finish, excellent communication and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend Curtain Gallery Mandurah !
Most INCREDIBLE customer service!! We are so happy with our new plantation shutters. The whole process has been so smooth sailing. The installers were absolutely incredible, friendly and had such wonderful workmanship. Pricing is SO GOOD!! Please support this beautiful business, they truly care! Recommending to everyone I know! Thanks so much team
