Brett came on the same day when I made the call. Very friendly efficient and reasonable fees. He fixed all the curtains which have been giving us a hard time for a while. Excellent service, highly recommended. Chandra
After searching everywhere for a scallop edge blind, and having no luck, Annette from This with That was able to make, and fit one. It has finished of my kitchen perfectly. Really happy with my sheet curtain as well. Shout out to Brett for being efficient and leaving the area clean. Highly recommend.
Would not recommend. Poor to non-existent communication over 12 months. Too many problems requiring callbacks. Gave up and will be replacing curtains with alternative supplier.
Had all my blinds in house installed tday Excellent job so fast made & installed. Lovely people wouldnt deal with anyone else, great price & service. Thank you again, highly recommended.
7 months from the time the contract was accepted to the time it was completed. Mistake upon mistake upon delays. The communication was appalling. No reason for the mistakes were ever given. Just some eventual texts about not having stock, even though she said the stock had arrived. In the end I agreed to a different shade, which should have been offered to me a lot earlier. I would never never recommend these people to anyone. Her quote was more than $1000 above curtain world, but I went with her because she did not demand 100% payment upfront… (I’ve been scammed before). What a big big mistake that was. But you can be sure she demanded payment from the day it was finally installed. I wonder what she would have done if I had taken my time to pay her, like she took her time to complete my curtains. Avoid this lady at all costs.
Just installed curtins in my bus Professional service. Very prompt and accommodated my urgency
I would say find somewhere else to go. Aanette's communication skills are absolutely atrocious, always had to chase her up on everything. Discussed at depth on how we wanted some curtains installed and on the day they were made completely the opposite. Stay away people
