Curtains on the Net is designed for the DIY market and operates without showrooms, sales reps, or installers. A free sample service is offered. The main services include custom made curtains, ready-to-hang curtains, and curtain rods, tracks & accessories. Custom Made Curtains are delivered free of charge across Australia. An extended 3 year guarantee is offered on all purchases. The websites are Comodo secured.

A Melbourne householder ordering curtains online describes a swift delivery and helpful guidance from the team. Staff assisted in finding exactly the curtains sought and came across as friendly and knowledgeable. Alongside the advice, the customer was directed to self installation videos, which made putting the curtains up easier and allowed the fitting to be completed personally.

The result is described as good quality and looking great, with the process from order to installation handled smoothly. The account covers choosing a product, receiving it and fitting it without outside help, with praise centring on the speed of delivery, the usefulness of the recommendations and the accessible installation support.
