I was relocating from Brisbane to Hervey Bay and was looking for a company that could install shutters in my new home. Came across Factory Direct on Facebook and gave them a call. Glen was prompt in providing a very competitive quote, which I accepted and they were able to install the shutters before Christmas 2024, which was great given the short timeframe (8 weeks). I had shutters throughout my house in Brisbane, which was a smaller home and it took just over 3 months for them to be installed by another company. Installation was efficient and the shutters look great and fit the windows and doors perfectly. The quality of the shutters is by far much better than any other shutter I have seen. I can also vouch for their after sales service. 4 days after the shutters were installed, my dog decided to chew on them, damaging quite a number of the blades on the sliding doors. I emailed Glen, sent him some photos and he came around to have a look within a day. New blades ordered and installed very promptly. From my first contact to the last, Factory Direct have been fabulous to deal with, right from the sales rep, to the office staff, to the installer. Get in touch with them for all of your blind/shutter needs, you will not be disappointed. Thankyou Jennifer - Hervey Bay
Our shutters look amazing. From Glen's initial measuring for our quote, to final remeasuring, and then installation today by Glen and his competent assistant. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Even dumping all of the cardboard and removing all packaging. We are beyond pleased.
We had yesterday our shutters installed throughout the entire house and couldn't be happier. Service and communication was great. Price and quality fantastic and Glen did an amazing job. Glen had measured the windows and also was the installer . All packaging was removed and even the floor got vacuumed Highly recommended, no hesitation in any way Gabriela/Urangan
I had Simon come out to Burrum Heads to install my shutters. Simon has gone above his call of duty, his expertise and professionalism is a real credit to Simon. Thank-you ever so much for blessing me with my beautiful shutters .
