We recently had a flyover patio installed by Frank’s Home Décor Centre, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the initial design through to completion, the entire process was seamless. The communication was excellent, the design perfectly suited our home, and the project was completed in a timely manner. The installation team were friendly, hardworking, and showed genuine care and respect for both their work and our property. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident every step of the way. A special mention to Ryan, who was always just a phone call away and never hesitated to answer questions or provide updates when needed. The office team were equally helpful and accommodating throughout the process. It’s clear that Frank’s Home Décor Centre places a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and quality workmanship. Every team member we dealt with reflected those values. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a patio or home improvement project.
Wonderful company to deal with! Great quality products and excellent customer service!
Great service! Ryan and Janita highlighted the potential issues before they were one. No hidden variations done right first go! Happy as Larry 😁
Great finished product with a fantastic team. Ryan and his team so easy to work with 😎
Franks Home Decore Centre have installed my new balcony shutters and two large internal window shutters, the job was professionally completed from start to finish, I am ecstatic with the results. From the quality of materials supplied to the ease of use of the shutters, I rate them 10 stars! I highly recommend Franks Home Decore Centre!
Just had security screens installed by Frank's Home Decor Centre. A seamless experience from start to finish. From showroom viewing to installation, definitely a 5-star effort from FHDC. Friendly, professional service all round. Our new security screens look great. Thanks Frank's!
The experience I had with Franks could only be listed as First Class. Due to other work in my yard having to be completed and taking 11 months, it meant their job needed to be put on hold. When it was all ready for them they turned up and did their job very professionally. Very easy to discuss the job with and they left the job very clean and tidy, something you rarely see these days. Can only highly recommend Franks. I will use them again.
