Fair Price Blinds

We needed blinds for our freshly painted house and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff were amazing and took the time to help us match the blinds to our wall colours and shades perfectly. Had a really good experience with Fair Price Blinds. From the start, they were easy to deal with and didn’t muck me around. They helped me pick out something that suited the house and my budget without trying to upsell anything. Pricing was fair like the name suggests 😊 and everything was clearly explained. Installation went smoothly the guys showed up on time, got straight into it, and did a clean, tidy job. The blinds look great and have made a big difference to the place. Over all just solid service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for blinds.

False Advertising by this company This company quoted some outdoor blinds for us which turned out to be 30% more than the other quote we received for the same product. So I asked about their 5% price beat policy that they proudly advertise including on their company email signature. They responded saying they cant compete with smaller retailers and their adjusted price will be $2.5k more than the other retailer. I couldnt find any T&Cs associated with the price beat policy, so called the store and asked what their 5% price beat policy is.. was told that they will beat any written quote by up to 5%. Well then why doesn't your rep follow the company policy? He also doesn't like to take or return calls. They call them fair price blinds.. should change to fair price blinds with 30% premium. These are the kind of companies CBS and ACCC should be looking into for misleading advertising. Atrocious!!! Note : putting a quality spin has nothing to do with false advertising as your consultant clearly said he had matched the products but the price had to stay $2.5k more. The consultant has not responded to any calls, so unsure how that is called being responsive. If you have a 5% price beat policy, why dont you publish the policy on your website or will that not help you twist your decisions on a case by case basis.. FALSE ADVERTISING IT IS

I would highly recommend avoiding this company. They have been completely incompetent and unprofessional throughout the entire process. After paying a 50% deposit, we were advised that the installation timeframe would be approximately 10 weeks. Once that period had passed, we began making numerous enquiries about when the installation would occur. Only after repeatedly contacting them were we eventually told there was a manufacturing issue and that an alternative product could be supplied — with an additional 10-week wait. If there is a manufacturing problem, the professional approach is to proactively contact your customers and keep them informed. Customers should not have to chase a company multiple times just to find out what is happening with their order. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer service has been extremely disappointing.

We have used Fair Price for all our blinds - they are so good! Their prices are very fair, their service is great, and their installation is excellent - we will keep using them in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough!
