Even the guy that did the quote had way better customer service skills than another company that I got an alternative quote from and I went with GC binds & shutters due to their customer service. Would use this business again due also to their great workmanship.

Fantastic service from our initial enquiry through to the measure and quote and then the final installation of our outdoor blind. We were kept up to date throughout the entire process and Matt the installer was on time, friendly and very efficient. Its not always easy to find a company that delivers what they promise but this one does! Quality all the way.
We had an awning installed over a Window and was really impressed with the service provided. Matt showed up on time and did an excellent job on the install we would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking at getting new blinds or shutters. The prices were really competitive and everything from booking the job to the actual install was really easy no fuss and great communication from the office as well. Happy customers will definitely be using them again.
Friendly prompt and professional staff, during the whole process, from booking and receiving the measure and quote, right through to the installation. I was kept well informed about expected time for installation and received updates about the arrival times of staff. I’m very happy with the service, the quality of the product and the installation. I was also happy with the competitive price, it was half the price off one quote I received and cheaper than the rest. I liked paying half the deposit on ordering and the rest once the job was done and all relevant paperwork was emailed straight away. The payment method was very easy to do. It’s your one stop shop, no need to go anywhere else!
I love love love my curtains and sheets! This is my 2nd order now with GCBS and they have been great! Great customer service, installer was friendly and was delivered fast :)
