Newport Custom Shutters

Beautiful shutters , professionally installed, All staff are so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a superior product

I had Newport Shutters fitted in my bedrooms three years ago. Last week, I noticed the pelmet had come loose from the ceiling. I spoke to Angela at Newport who told me David would come and inspect them in the next day or so - She was surprised that this pelmet problem had occurred! David arrived two days later and within an hour he had everything restored perfectly. New screws were inserted at no cost to me. I now have fully operational shutters and feel very relieved that Newport really do live up to their name - They deserve their excellent reputation.David is a gem!

I have always had a great experience dealing with Newport having purchased shutters from them several times over the years. A highly professional company with great quality products and good people who are knowledgeable and helpful. The friendly staff and owners make it a lovely company to deal with.

I recently had my home fitted with shutters throughout by Newport Shutters and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, Ashley, David and the team was professional and easy to work with. David, who has over 25 years of experience with the company, was incredibly helpful and offered great design recommendations. They provided a range of options, including both locally made and overseas-manufactured products, which gave me the flexibility to choose what suited my style and budget. The end result looks fantastic—I’m genuinely so pleased with the quality and finish. Highly recommend Newport Shutters if you’re looking to update your home with beautiful, well-made shutters!

More than satisfied with the professionalism, quality and service provided. The shutters were ready before the due date and installed in no time at all. They look amazing and the quality is top notch. So glad we used Newport and would use them again without even considering another company!

Newport Custom Shutters provided excellent advice on product options at quotation stage, clear detailed quotation with delivery period estimate that was achieved. On delivery much care taken to protect shutters during transit, very efficient, clean and tidy assembly and installation by very professional installation technicians. The finished product after installation met every expectation. Could not be faulted. A very easy company to deal with and would have no hesitation to recommend them to anybody considering their product range. Warwick.

We are so incredibly pleased with how the shutters have turned out - theyve made our place more homely and cooler from the direct sun. We made the right decision choosing larger blades. High quality install and great communication from start to finish. We will use this company again for our remaining rooms! Thanks again, Annabelle
