I wholeheartedly recommend Mansours. We had new window furnishings (Roman blinds, curtains and wooden venetians) for our entire house. From beginning to end, the team and products have been excellent. This is a long-standing family business and it shows. Ryan Mansour’s years of expertise were invaluable when choosing fabrics, colour and type of furnishing for a given window. Chris installed everything six weeks later and likewise had years of experience. He was efficient, extremely clean and polite. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Mansours provided a great end-to-end service for my duplex project in Vaucluse. Natalie the interior designer was a necessary component of that service, letting us know that we needed blinds for skylights in the bedrooms and that a sheer curtain for the 6m high double storey window would be a great addition. The blinds and curtains were all perfectly made and installed. They even came out after installation (without me asking) to see everything for themselves and make sure it's all to their standard. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

Over the last few months Mansours have consulted, made & installed 6 internal & 2 large external electrical blinds for me. All the blinds are fantastic. Consultations with Natalie & Ryan were very helpful especially regarding the colours, style of blind, fit etc. Mansours is a great family run business with lovely staff & good quality products.

I have had their curtains for more than 3 years now and the plastic chemical smell is still so strong especially in summer or hot days when the blockout curtains facing north get hot (here is the reference so you don’t choose the same poisonous curtains WCAA care label 6w by Warwick fabrics). They curtains look great but it smells like you are sleeping in a room made of toxic plastic. There is another sheer curtain that was installed wrong and keeps dropping on the left side if we get any kind of wind. The master blockout curtains had moth holes on the bottom and they said it was our fault because we ordered them in advance (they had to store our order for 3 months approx) The linen curtains look great but you can’t washed them so I wouldn’t choose that again however John was clear about it from the beginning We have had other curtains installed somewhere else and their price is also higher than other companies

Really happy with my new curtains from Mansour Curtains! The whole team was great and super professional. Natalie was so lovely and helpful and she made the whole process easy and fun! The curtains look amazing we loved it ! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, a venetian blind installed by Mansours in Aug 2022, has continually snapped or loosened cables. For the past month I have left numerous emails and phone messages with reception and on voicemail for Adrianne (customer service) with no response. Extremely disappointing after sales service.

I went with Mansours as I thought they were premium curtain retailers. The designers who I spoke to and visited were super helpful and knew their stuff/ gave good advice on colours but the rest of the experience was not one I want to repeat. Failure in all other aspects from failing to turn up to the first home visit to letting me order curtains that were too heavy for my crumbling Annandale walls and confirming the curtains were in stock to then it taking 6 months to have them delivered was well below expectations for such an expensive purchase. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I wouldn’t use them again. The curtains look lovely so depends what most important to you!
