New England Shade Sails

New England Shade Sails is a locally-owned and operated business based in Tamworth, NSW. It services Tamworth, Armidale, Gunnedah and surrounds, and travels Australia wide for residential and commercial clients. The business uses Rainbow Shade and Cancer Council-approved materials from Gale Pacific, and installs quality galvanised steel posts.

It supplies and installs UV-resistant shade sails for homes and businesses. New England Shade Sails sources Australian-manufactured custom shade sails with a 10-year warranty. It has completed installations in Taree, South West Rocks, Moree and Pilliga.

Workmanship and the person behind it are the themes that surface most often in feedback for this Tamworth shade sail specialist. Matt is named repeatedly as the reason projects run smoothly, described as professional, responsive and honest, with communication that keeps clients informed from the first measure through to installation. Various customers describe advice on colours and materials as accurate and genuinely useful, including matching sails to existing structures and incorporating large motifs into playground designs.

Punctuality and reliability come up often, with jobs reported as finished within the promised timeframe and follow-up promised if anything needs attention, an approach one reviewer sums up as standing behind both the material and the labour. The finished sails themselves attract repeated comment, whether over a pool, a playground or a residential yard, and the results are described as exceeding expectations.

Reviewers also note the ease of dealing with the team, quoting and measuring handled quickly and the whole process explained clearly. Repeat business appears in the accounts, with one client booking a further job straight away. A recurring point is the combination of technical knowledge, careful attention to detail and a friendly, motivated approach that leaves clients satisfied with both the experience and the completed shade structure.
