Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Ours was a relatively small job but they treated us with so much care and attention! We had a special request to allow for future secondary windows, and installers did their best to accommodate it, which we really appreciated. We recently had our house fitted out with plantation shutters from Pamido. Sales Rep Jade (aka “Freddy”) arrived and gave us a very comprehensive rundown of all available products which made choosing the right product for our requirements very easy. All aspects of the process were explained and she even did a preliminary measure of all windows while she was here. Jade was a complete pleasure to deal with and her bubbly personality was a real bonus. The shutters arrived and were fitted on schedule and the accuracy of the fitment in the window frames is outstanding. We are 100% happy with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend Pamido to any prospective customers.

I have just had my curtain installed by Pamido. To say I am beyond thrilled is an understatement. My curtain was custom made and the quality is absolutely beautiful.
