These guys are absolute amazing, from the first initial phone call, to the top quality installation. I would not go anywhere else. A massive thank you to the lady’s in the office, and a huge thank you to the guys who installed my electric roller blinds, If I could give more than five stars I definitely would 👌👌

I had good dealings with this company for decades. Till recently. Something has changed very much for the worse. We had a lovely curtain made for our guest cottage in the Hunter Valley. Just over a year later the whole thing came down. The track they supplied was not sturdy enough to hold the curtain’s weight. And not attached securely. It pulled right out of the wall! When I rang I was told I had to pay for someone to come and inspect the situation. It was a few months out of the measly one year warranty period. It got worse. That person then reported back that we had caused the damage ourselves by misuse! Nothing could be further from the truth. I had to pay again for them to supply a sturdier track - something they should have done in the first place. Needless to say I will never use this company again. Appalling customer service. Decades of previous purchases meant nothing to them. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! And yes I made it clear every time I spoke to this company on the phone that I was not happy with the service I was receiving this time (in contrast to the excellent service I had received in the past) 1. That the track failed in just over a year. 2. That I was expected to pay for a new track 3. That I was accused of “misuse” as the reason the track fell out of the wall. But I was quickly shut down each time. “Do you want us to come out or not? If you do you have to pay”. So I did. Yes the track was replaced fairly quickly but how long will this one last? Only after trying unsuccessfully to communicate my dissatisfaction did I resort to posting this bad review. The sarcastic response I got speaks volumes.

We can’t thank Somerset curtains and blinds enough for their great products and exceptional customer service. They recently installed verishades and roller blinds into our new home in Chisholm. Somerset Curtains and Blinds are an exceptional company to deal with. We had motorised outdoor blinds installed by them. Excellent value, great installation team with Aaron and Anthony. Many years ago Aaron also installed our internal shutters. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Exactly what we where looking for In a curtain store, Somerset curtains & Blinds had 1000's of fabric sample to choose from and all the different rail options on display. All the staff are very friendly to deal with and the entire process was effortless from the sales team, on site measure, installer. Highly recommend and definitely will be a returning customer for the next round of renovations.
