Based on genuine customer reviews
Hardy is named in nearly every review of Sydney Wide Shutters, handling quotes and, in several cases, the installation itself for products including roller shutters, plantation blinds and zip blinds. Reviewers who compared multiple companies mention competitive pricing and a longer warranty as reasons they chose this business over larger competitors. Installer Darren is also mentioned for an efficient job completed shortly before Christmas.

I recently had electric roller shutters installed at my property and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The shutters look fantastic and have completely transformed the appearance of my home. Hardy was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. His workmanship was excellent, and it was clear that he takes great pride in what he does. Everything was installed neatly and efficiently, and the quality of the finished product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hardy to anyone considering roller shutters. Thank you for the outstanding service and excellent work!

Had my manual roller shutters converted to electric by Hardy — very happy with the result. He was professional, easy to deal with, and explained the options clearly. Installation was neat, wiring well managed, and everything works smoothly and quietly. What I appreciated most was his attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.
Had roller shutters installed by Sydney Wide Shutters about 9 years ago. Top notch quality. However recently, one of the shutters decided to jam. With a call to Hardy and subsequent calls to firm up details, he was able to send the right person for the repair. Luke came early and was able to quickly assess the problem and fixed it quickly. Definitely recommend Luke and Hardy for their expertise and persistence.
