I’m absolutely thrilled with the motorized awning installed by The Blinds Spot Co! From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. The team took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me through the options, making sure I found the perfect fit for my space. The installation process was smooth, efficient, and incredibly professional. They paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was just right. What really stood out was how friendly and knowledgeable the team was—they took the time to walk me through the operation of the motorized system, which works perfectly and is so easy to use! The awning itself is stunning—high-quality, stylish, and functional. It’s already made such a difference in my outdoor space, turning it into a cozy, shaded retreat. We've had our new blinds for four weeks now, and we love them. Everyone from Zoe in the office to Bill doing the measure up to the team doing the install were really helpful and thorough. We had blinds installed on three sides, and turned our verandah into another room. Bill gave some great advice, and although the installation took longer than the boys expected, nothing was too much trouble. The day after installation I noticed a small piece of plastic in one of the tracks, and they were back in a couple of hours to fix it. Overall very happy with the job.

The Blind Spot were a fantastic company to deal with. Dave the consultant was very knowledgeable about his products and had some terrific suggestions. The installers were punctual, efficient and professional. Chris kept me updated about the progress of my job, and Zoe followed up with me post installation. What a great team. I’m thrilled with my new blinds/sheers Well done!
