Helpful from the first enquiry - genuinely sought to diagnose the problem with my shutters and offer the most cost effective solution for repair, came on time and fully prepared with the right equipment to do the repairs on the spot. Jamie was super friendly, honest and expert in roller shutters - a true craftsman who cares about the quality and client experience. Couldn’t be happier with their work.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Wollongong Roller Shutters! The staff were helpful and easy to deal with, and the installation was fast and very professional. Would definitely recommend.
Have the whole house done with shutters poor service. Keep having the same . people come never fix it. Never use them ever again. Very rude people. Especially the owner and the lady on the phone. They use their business to rip the customer off.
Excellent Workmanship and timeliness. Company is easy to contact locally. After sales service is also excellent, the only small issue i ever had was rectified quickly and without question. A big thank you to all the staff at Wollongong Roller Shutters!
My initial request to Jamie was a little unusual. I had to change out my old roller door as I needed more height in the entrance of my garage. Roller door companies could not do the job however Jamie and the team were able to install a shutter that is now my new garage door. Jamie arrived for the quote at the time I was given and spent a lot of time measuring and discussing my requirements. He was very diligent, returning 2 more times to make sure all measurements were correct. The roller shutter is a fantastic outcome and both Jamie's approach and the product exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the team at Wollongong Roller Shutters
I had to go to Unanderra Wollongong Roller Shutters for some information regarding my controller for our shutters. The young lady at reception could not have been more helpful and informative, my queries were answered and explained with ease. Our shutters were installed during 2023, and I would highly recommend Unanderra RS.
Amazing job. Love my shutters. Very easy process all the way along. Installation team very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend them. Second time using them. Had three shutters installed.
