4.8 / 5 · 38 totalI got my Storm chaser 270 awning fitted yesterday at Brendale Qld. Paul was excellent and showed me how to put up and down before I left. I did it on my own today and no problem. I see me using this far more than my previous one which was a nightmare on my own.
Fantastic service from Paul at 30 Second awnings. Purchased a set of the quick release awning brackets about a year ago. Made taking my 270 degree awning on and off a breeze. Just had the unfortunate happen and a gust of wind destroyed my awning (not a 30 second awning) and bent the L brackets that form part of the quick release. One email later and I had a replacement set sorted. Couldn't ask for better service. If only I had bought the awning from 30 second I'm sure I would have had a quick resolve on that too ( I doubt a 30 second Awning would have failed as quick as my awning did). Five stars !! Thank you
Our Stormchaser 270 deg 30 Second 2.7m Awning arrived a few days after ordering. Its a great quality product. Everything was included awning, pole, tie down ropes, mounting brackets with quality pegs. We mounted our awning to a ARB Base Rack on a Landcruiser 300. We substituted the mounting brackets for KAON Universal brackets specially made for the ARB Base Rack. This all fitted perfectly with plenty of height adjustment to clear our tail gate by 25mm. The awning does only take 30 seconds to unpack and tie ready for use. We are very happy with the strength, ease of use and quality of the product. Its so easy to pack up with a generous bag size. We would recommend it.
Found 2 holes in my brand new dome tent , Paul sent a brand new tent out the same day I contacted him no arguments, this company is so quick to respond fantastic service , wouldn’t hesitate in buying further products from them
This is an awesome product well constructed and easy to use. I’ve been using mine now for 3 years. I have 3 walls and the tent and now the accessories wall stop water blowing in from where it’s mounted. I also brought extra poles all though they are not necessary.
Well I got a 270 degree awning as a present a couple of years ago. Game changer ! Got caught in a crazy rain and wind weather event at Brunswick Heads, no damage ! Got a wall, super easy, just zip and two pegs. Now I bought a tent room, looks very good. Tough and effortless, that’s why I reckon they are the best on the market.
Love it. I used to own a Foxwing by OzTent and had used it 2 times in 2 year because of the setup hassle. After buying the 30 second awning, I was putting it up anywhere I stopped and wanted or needed shade. Takes about 15 seconds to set up and 30 seconds to pack up on a still (or near still) day. This was the single best purchase ever for my 4x4.
