My wife and I would like to thank Matt for the professional and excellent service we received whilst dealing with him. We are very happy with the Bahama awnings and blind track. We highly recommend Advantage Screens and Blinds, Hervey Bay. Thanks once again Peter and Olivia.

Thankyou Advantage. Thankyou to the reception staff for their knowledge on products making our choice easy. Thankyou to Matt for measuring and colour choice and for coming back when we forgot one window. Thankyou to Tony for your professional installation and guidance on placement for solar panels so they just didn't look ugly and blended in for the x 4 Zip screens with cassettes. Thankyou for a very stress free process from start to finish. Thankyou. Greg & Tracey

We recently engaged Advantage Screens and Blinds in Hervey Bay to install Crimsafe security screens, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Matthew was extremely professional from start to finish, taking the time to explain the options and ensuring everything was tailored to suit our needs. The installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. He is friendly, respectful, and clearly took pride in their workmanship. Overall, the service offered great value for money, and we would highly recommend Matthew Munro- Advantage Screens and Blinds to anyone looking for quality security screen solutions.

Excellent service. Matt came to repair my roller shutter on the public holiday as it wouldn’t open even though he hadn’t originally installed it. I highly recommend Advantage Screens and Blinds in Hervey Bay.

We had Polymer Shutters installed in 2021 , when we got quotes we were told they had a 20 year warranty on the product , and gave paperwork to show 20 year warranty, last year (2025) I noticed that the hardware ( hinges ) used in the bedrooms shutters was rusting out under the white paint they haven’t been exposed to water for them to rust , the bathroom ones in wet area in our shower are perfectly fine , I contacted advantage screens and blinds by phone to be told yes it will be covered under the warranty replacement and a technician will come and inspect, the new owner came and inspected and said it wasn’t covered under warranty . I told him we paid nearly $10,000 for the shutters .and they had a 20 Year warranty on them , So he said as a good will he would replace the effected hinges , It’s been over 6 months since that promise to replace hinges and endless calls that go to voice message and never a response from the business owner.

Very helpful staff as not knowing what we wanted. Matt was great explaining different types of window coverings, range and the quote was quick.
