One of my outdoor Ziptrack deck blinds started to tear along the base rail seam tape and got worse over time. I phoned a few of the local suppliers, but none were able to assist with repairs. Aussie Bill Blinds & Awnings accepted the challenge and did a wonderful job with the repairs. The affected blind had to be disassembled and taken to their workshop and was returned a couple of weeks later - as good as new! I was very pleased with their over all performance and attitude. So I order another matching blind for the west-facing kitchen balcony. Once again, they did a great job and even left me a can of Silicone lubricant that has to be sprayed on the vertical guides.
