B & C Caravan Service

B & C Caravan Service has operated in Dubbo and surrounding regions since 1986. The business is locally owned and operated. It holds membership of the Motor Trades Association (MTA), CCIA NSW – Caravan & Camping Industry Association, and CIAA – Camping Industry Association of Australia. It is an authorised service agent for Dometic and an authorised and licensed caravan repairer and service agent for Thetford, Dometic and AL-KO.

The business is certified to handle insurance claims and warranty work, and is licensed to handle insurance and warranty repairs for major brands. Services include caravan and trailer repairs, regular servicing, parts supply, towing equipment and fitting, new trailer sales, pre-loved caravan sales, insurance and warranty repairs, and pre-purchase inspections.

Travellers passing through Dubbo with urgent caravan, camper and trailer problems form the bulk of the feedback, and the recurring theme is a willingness to fit people in at short notice even when the workshop is already busy. Reviews time and again mention electrical repairs, wheel bearings, running lights, gas leaks, plumbing fittings, a diesel heater fault and a broken awning, along with a replacement van window sourced from spare parts and secured so a trip could continue. Punctuality and speed come up often, with jobs completed within hours or by the same afternoon, and several accounts highlight clear explanations, practical options and honest advice that avoided unnecessary expense.

Workshop manager Brett and Greg are named for helpful, knowledgeable service, while the broader team is described as friendly and professional, including when assisting first-time towers unfamiliar with their van. Tidiness and thoroughness after repairs are noted, and customers describe being shown what needed attention rather than simply being told. The business handles caravan servicing, electrical and mechanical repairs, towing-related fixes and hard-to-find parts for people on the road, and the sentiment centres on getting travellers moving again without fuss.
