Curtain Wonderland Windsor

Really happy with the consult, price and installation. Blinds and curtains look great. Only thing is that wait time from booking to install was about 2.5 months and I did have to follow up. Once I did, my order seemed to be fast tracked. I think it's the curtains that incur a higher wait time. Thanks for the good service overall 😀

Unfortunately, I received very unhelpful customer service in-store today. The apathy, inflexibility, and condescension from the retail team will ruin a business in no time. I am writing this review because, as a business owner myself, I would have wanted to know of such a problem in one of my stores. Having someone at the front desk who appears to have a sole purpose of turning customers away is something that management/employers should be aware of. I'm happy to be contacted should staff from management or HR wish to follow up on the incident mentioned above.

I really just wanted to give a shout out to Glenda from the Windsor Store. I'm a totally clueless millennial and Glenda took the time to explain everything I needed. Pulled out every different pattern/colour under the sun and was so incredibly patient. Wonderful service.

We couldn't have had a better experience shopping for curtains at Curtain Wonderland Windsor! Wendy and Nina were simply the best people to deal with. They were friendly and knowledgeable and really took the time to understand our requirements and make helpful suggestions. They really know their stuff, and are absolute customer service naturals! I highly recommend coming here for curtains and blinds, you won't regret it!

Great experience with Curtain Wonderland in Windsor. Glenda was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to help my mum and I find the perfect curtains, and curtain rails for our property. Walked in on a very quiet day and wasn’t greeted or spoken to once, so disappointing. Just two staff members chatting amongst eachother not work related behind the counter. Once I approached them for help, I was unfortunately made to feel stupid and wasn’t offered other options in store. I completely understand if you don’t have a specific item I’m after, but this particular staff member made me feel like they preferred me out of the store rather than helping me. I never write reviews but unfortunately this one stood out, doesn’t take much to be kind and say hello.

Glenda and Nina knowledgeable and very helpful, including the actual placement of 2 long curtain tracks into my car. Highly recommend this shop over larger cheaper store close by on Newmarket Road which sells more than curtain
