Deluxe Shutters & Blinds

Great experience! Sharon was so lovely, she helped out every step of the way and was on time for the measure and quote. The guys that came for the install were also very professional and also right on time. They respected me and my home and I was very comfortable. I will be back when we renovate more spaces.

From initially walking into the showroom to the final installation I found the whole team knowledgable, professional & highly efficient so if you’d like blinds or plantation shutters these are the guys to go with.

Nice enough people and seemingly seemed to intend to give good service, but not sure if it was just a dodgy product or poor advice from a less than knowledgeable staff member but nothing but problems and taken down and put others up within a year. We purchased 6x “invisible pull” blinds that don’t have the string cord pull down but rather just come down when pulled. And within 2months for the first one to fall down and 3-4months for the second/third. We did always receive ‘kind’ service when called up about the problem as there’s a 5yr warrantee but it’s pretty annoying if it’s fixed and then the same thing keeps happening again you can’t exactly trust it. Upon fixing the technician said these are probably too big fit for our windows hence why the glue doesn’t hold them (windows 1800x1200) But then if they weren’t designed for a window this size WHY were we ever allowed to buy or be reccomended them because it’s not like we walked in demanding them just happened upon them based of sales person talks? Purchase 2022 but reviewing now as we’re officially selling them on market place for $100 and remembered how much of a waste this 3k was.

Excellent service, excellent workmanship, and great products. Very happy with our latest shutters and blinds. Trevor and the team are very professional and I would definitely use them again.

We couldn't be more happy with our outdoor shutters supplied and installed by Trevor at Deluxe Shutters & Blinds. The service offered by Leanne and Trevor was of a high standard. We highly recommend them.
