Empire Window Furnishings - Wollongong

We had a great experience with Empire Window Furnishings for the fit out of our new house with roller blinds. Helen, who completed the initial quote and measure, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made choosing the right blinds for our home easy. The installation was quick and punctual, and we're very happy with the quality and finished result. Our only comment is that the date for the final fitting was rescheduled via text, and we didn't realise that it had changed. A phone call would have been appreciated. Other than that, the whole process was very smooth and we're happy with our new blinds. We would happily recommend Empire Window Furnishings.

Terrible. We used this company to get new curtains for my mum, our experience with Empire Window Furnishings was horrendous. The initial consultation was good and then once mum paid the deposit the communication dropped off completely. It took months to even get an expected date for installation and that was only after me calling over and over. I kept getting told someone would call back, never happened. Curtains were eventually installed but in the incorrect rooms. The company then continually hassled my mum to pay despite incorrect installation. We both attempted to escalate this issue within the company over and over and again kept getting told someone would call us back. Meanwhile they continued to demand payment. Mum was eventually told she would be offered a discount however this discount never came through. Again mum tried several times to contact them for discounted invoices and was then asked for evidence of this offer. It has been over a year now and they have threatened legal action against my mum who has given up and payed the full amount. Their treatment of a pensioner has been disgusting. Customer service is terrible. Extremely unprofessional company. Very disorganised. Curtains are nice, that’s my only positive comment (despite being in incorrect rooms). I will be reporting Empire Window Furnishings to the Office of Fair Trading.

I could not recommend empire blinds any more. They delivered a high end product, amazing teams working on my house, respectful and amazing communication. Highly recommend!

Exceptional company to deal with. Sam is professional, knowledgeable, understanding of needs, knows the right solution, is efficient and a pleasure to deal with! You want a person who is providing you top quality product that suits your circumstances, and this is him! He was prompt, called ahead and did what he said he would!! Reliable and trustworthy!

We had plantation shutters installed on 2 sliding doors. Absolutely love them. We are very happy with the whole process from booking to get a quote, to the installation and dealing with the customer service ladies. We would highly recommend them. Thank you.

I recently had Empire Window Furnishings complete work at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was seamless — the team was professional, punctual, and extremely helpful in guiding me through the wide range of options. The quality of the blinds and shutters is outstanding, and you can really tell they’re built to last. Installation was quick and done with great attention to detail, leaving everything looking perfect. What stood out the most was the customer service — nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure I was completely satisfied with the final outcome. I would highly recommend Empire Window Furnishings to anyone looking for high-quality window treatments and excellent service.

We had Omar to come give us a quote and Mustafa to measure and install. Great experience from start to end. They were professional and easy to deal with and definitely cheaper than other companies. Will definitely be returning for more blinds and curtains. Thanks heaps for your service!
