What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
A homeowner in Mackay found the showroom staff pleasant, straightforward and candid regarding the products on offer. The same account, however, describes the installer as dismissive and discourteous, with little regard for the cleanliness of the house and no willingness to hear the customer's views.
The fitting was assessed as poorly executed, and a request to rectify several errors met with a brusque response. A separate four-star review simply records helpful assistance. The business is listed as an awning supplier and door supplier, so its work spans outdoor shading and doors alongside blinds.

Staff in the showroom where nice honest and open about their products and good to deal with. But the tradesman/installer was extremely arrogant and rude he had no respect for our clean house. Had no time to listen to the customers thoughts. His skill level was very poor and when asked if he could tidy up a few of his mistake he became rude and arrogant
Great service and helpfull.
