Have had the best experience with ID Binds, they are total professionals. Kylie was fantastic and fabulous to deal with - prompt, knows what she’s doing and offers great advice. Steve and Phil the installers, also terrific. On time (actually even early!) and did a beautiful job. Totally recommend.
I am posting on behalf of Sandra Walden Pearson: I am unable to leave a review on google. I have attached photos and am happy for you to post on my behalf (wherever applicable) with this review: iD Blinds is my go to for all curtaining and blinds. I return with each renovation for their plantation shutters and more recently, curtains. Kylie is exceptional in her eye for detail, her proactivity and her styling expertise. I have highly valued the discussions with her on type and selection, based on each window - some lend themselves to curtaining more readily than blinds, for example. Due to an unforeseen delay with another component of the current renovation, the complete installation of my iD blinds order then had to be delayed. I was continually met with understanding, support and reassurance that iD Blinds would be there for me when my timing was right. The outcome is, of course, perfect - to which the photos attest.
The Team at ID Blinds are excellent. The service from the beginning to the end was fabulous. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Nicole, Steve and Renee thank you very much. I would highly recommend your company.
Such a fantastic experience with ID blinds. Kylie provided so much knowledge and helped us with recommendations for our new home and we couldn’t be happier. We got a mix of blinds, a sheer curtain and plantation shutters and they all look amazing and the quality is excellent. From our walk through to installation we couldn’t fault Kylie or the team.
From the quote process, through to placing an order and installation, I would highly recommend ID Blinds.
We experienced fantastic service from all the team at ID Blinds. We are so happy with the quality of our new curtains, which have elevated our space. Highly recommend
Kasey, Renee and the entire ID Blinds team go way above and beyond in their after sale service. We cant rate them high enough for their follow up and dedication to amazing customer service. We have dealt with ID Blinds since we built our home over 15 years ago and the service has never declined. Thank you ID Blinds we highly recommend this company for quality products and service - Anthony and Margaret Cini
