Pickers Vinyl & Canvas is a Cairns-based manufacturer and retailer of awnings and outdoor blinds, operating locally for over 40 years. The business is locally owned and operated by Wayne Whalan, Tracey Whalan and Mark Leitner. It designs, fabricates and manufactures Cairns blinds and awnings, as well as banners and tonneau covers. Pickers Vinyl & Canvas provides shade sails, blinds and awnings for residential and commercial properties.

It is the only Cairns shade sail manufacturer to own and operate a Pathfinder precision cutting machine. The company completes Form 15 and Form 16 and engages engineers for shade structure projects.
