What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Installer David is named in several reviews of Watson Blinds & Awnings, praised for meticulous plantation shutter work and for explaining ongoing maintenance as he goes, with more than one customer having him back for repeat jobs over a couple of years.
Fit teams built around Eddy, Ben H, Nathan, Sam and Liam are credited with prompt, professional installs, including upgrading the failed hardware on an ageing retractable awning on a cold Canberra morning. We have recently had two orders made and installed by Watson. First was floor to ceiling/wall to wall blockout curtains. Our chosen fabric was unavailable which delayed manufacture and installation for several weeks. Watson communicated early and often, giving us the option of choosing a different fabric, or waiting for our preferred fabric to arrive. Installation was booked and the tradesman arrived promptly, exactly on time. He was so good, and had the curtains up in a very short time. They are such high quality and look stunning. Our installer also took the time to explain how to program our existing Watson electric blinds and helped us adjust them properly. Excellent service. Excellent communication from quote to installation, and a beautiful final product. I will review our second purchase separately.
Very happy with our outdoor blinds. They look fantastic. Eddy and Sam did a very good job installing them. They were friendly and polite and cleaned up the work area, you wouldn't even know they had been there.
I love my new Shutter! It may have taken four months for this to be installed, but I couldn't be happier with the result. It looks like it has always been there, and the colour is a perfect match. A big thank you to Ben H and Liam who installed it. They were friendly, professional and efficient and everything went smoothly with no issues.
We had Watsons supply and fit honeycomb blinds to our living areas and bedroom. They provided great advice and assistance in choosing the correct product and colours. Supplied in a pleasingly short time frame, Russ did a great job of the installation. He was on time, polite and helpful. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to go with Watsons. Watson Blinds were fantastic. Right from the initial consultation where they took the time to go through the various installation options for our plantation shutters, with prompt service and fantastic installation. Our installer David was great and did a first rate job. I’d recommend Watson Blinds without hesitation.
Our fit team - Eddie & Nathan were excellent. Very prompt and professional service. The workmanship was of a high standard. Any future work this is the team we would request and highly recommend to friends and family. 5 stars 👍✅ Another shutter fitted, thank you Eddy, Sam & Liam. Not even the rain held this team up today, great job guys. 👍😎
Our quote appointment was 8 May and we had our blinds installed today (26 May). We were pleased the blinds could be made and installed so quickly. The installer was on time and very prompt with installing 2 blinds, and the fact he took our old blinds to dispose of was a nice surprise!
