Our chosen fabric was unavailable which delayed manufacture and installation for several weeks. Watson communicated early and often, giving us the option of choosing a different fabric, or waiting for our preferred fabric to arrive. Installation was booked and the tradesman arrived promptly, exactly on time. He was so good, and had the curtains up in a very short time. They are such high quality and look stunning. Our installer also took the time to explain how to program our existing Watson electric blinds and helped us adjust them properly. Excellent service. Excellent communication from quote to installation, and a beautiful final product. I will review our second purchase separately.
Very happy with our outdoor blinds. They look fantastic. Eddy and Sam did a very good job installing them. They were friendly and polite and cleaned up the work area, you wouldn't even know they had been there.
I love my new Shutter! It may have taken four months for this to be installed, but I couldn't be happier with the result. It looks like it has always been there, and the colour is a perfect match. Our quote appointment was 8 May and we had our blinds installed today (26 May). We were pleased the blinds could be made and installed so quickly. The installer was on time and very prompt with installing 2 blinds, and the fact he took our old blinds to dispose of was a nice surprise!
