Blind Elegance

We had a ziptrak blind fitted but the remote stopped working after 2 years. The original installers were great and it initially worked well but the after sales service was very poor. The remote for the blind stopped working after 2 years and the company did not respond to multiple requests for a call back (approx 10 messages left with reception over a month - each time they promised a sales person/technician would call back but never did). We have now had it fixed by another local blind company. The blind cost over $3,000 so it was disappointing that Blind Elegance provided no follow-up, especially after good initial service. It would stop me using the company again for a motorised blind.

Tee did everything he could to make sure the blinds were installed in time for a family function. The blinds transformed the outdoor space, and the motorisation makes them so easy to use. Professional, efficient and most importantly it works. I have a retractable roofing system &its amazing doubling my living space totally waterproof no leaks, can withstand high winds and looks great. Had 3 quotes and blind elegance was by far the most reasonable. Would definitely recommend

Long term investment that is already paying off and will grow my property into the future both with expanding useful space and usability.

Just wanted to say thank to Tee, Russel, and Baden in getting my outdoor blinds installed in record time, less than 2 weeks. The install involved hoisting 4.5m long blinds and extending the wall using aluminum beans. The electrician recommended Robbie also did a good job in getting the power to motorised blinds on the next day.

Blind Elegance was amazing to work with from day dot. We needed to have quite a few internal Ziptrak blinds and 2 large external Ziptrak shades installed in our new house. Not only was the communication from Tee and Natalie on point but the great service and professionalism from installer Russ and his son was amazing. We love our new blinds/shades and would highly recommend Blind Elegance for their wonderful service and great products.

Bling Elegance were very professional first in their presentation when quoting then in their communication when we wanted to make changes to what we wanted. Their prices were very good and much cheaper for the same product than other quotes. The installers were very efficient and did a very good neat job. We are very happy with our dealings with Bind Elegance and are happy to recommend them to anyone wanting to install new blinds.
