From the showroom (Liv), Sales (Lin), Check measure (Brayden) to final installation (Jass), the whole process was seamless. Because my west facing windows can get very hot in summer, Brayden suggested to Install a block out roller blind behind each shutter. The installation took a whole day and I am very happy with Jass. He was precise in what he did as some of my windows were not square. He took time to fine tune the adjustments until he was satisfied. That's the kind of service you want after spending $$. I can recommend Shutters Australia should you need any blinds, shutters, awnings installed. Do visit their showroom in Castle Hill to get some advice. You won't be disappointed!
