I had my venetian blinds and vertical blind replaced. Sydney Blinds and Screens were easy to deal with, measured and quoted quickly and installed my new blinds a couple of weeks later. Very pleased with the end product!
Extremely poor customer service and a total waste of time. I booked a measure and quote with Sydney Blinds & Screens for motorised curtains, explicitly stating my requirements from day one. No one followed up with me, and I had to chase them multiple times myself. First, they delayed it because the consultant was sick. After waiting several days and following up again, their office told me the consultant was supposed to come "yesterday." Then, they completely changed their story and told me they don't even do motorised curtains! Unprofessional coordination and zero accountability. No apology was offered for wasting my time over several weeks. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time.
I’ve had blinds installed twice with Sydney Blinds and screens and every step from the measure and quote to the installation day was so simple, straightforward and each day they were here for a maximum of 20-30 minutes. They know exactly what they’re doing and were so well priced! Thanks guys!!

Very pleased with the new vertical blinds and curtains from Sydney Blinds. The apartment is so much more brighter and I now have better control over privacy. They replaced the previous roller blinds which dont have the same flexibility. Happy to recommend this company as installation was prompt and they kept me updated on progress.
