Palmiye Australia is described by reviewers as a specialist in retractable pergolas, operable and louvre roofing systems, awnings and patio enclosures, with work spanning a rooftop bar in the CBD, architecturally designed homes and residential decks. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the professionalism shown throughout the process, from sales staff through to installers. The product itself is characterised as sturdy, weather-resistant and dependable, with the roof opening and closing swiftly and able to shelter a large gathering in seconds.

Its seamless integration with existing architecture and landscaping is highlighted, bringing comfort and atmosphere to outdoor entertaining areas. A number of customers describe maintenance and other issues being addressed with expertise and thoroughness, alongside prompt responses and a focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems. One back-deck louvre roof is remembered as both a well-made product and the output of a capable team, from the design stage to the finished installation, while another reviewer rates the panel range outstanding. Dependable performance in Melbourne's changeable conditions is the recurring note.
