I had a great experience with the way my request for the initial quotation and subsequent interactions with Mark Rowe (Kenlow Consultant) who was very kind and revisited my home to explain in details the way to move forward and all issues/solutions related to the installation of our Alfresco blinds. What an unusual business experience! I've owner built a house, renovated four houses and Kenlow would be within a handful of businesses that I would consider top notch over those 30 years. The strong feature of this business is they have exceptional staff in all their roles. They are respectful, knowledgeable and competent. Mark, who undertook the site visit, quote and provided useful product advice, Ruby their customer service coordinator, Emily the production coordinator, and Jack and his offsider who was not satisfied unless the end result looked perfect. Honestly don't waste your time with other blind and awning companies. They maybe slightly more expensive but I can assure you it will be worth it. My heartfelt thanks to the Kenlow team for a stress-free experience and a high quality product (Just for the record I don't have any connections with any of the staff so my comments are unbias). The blinds are used to winterise our outdoor pool entertaining area and to shield afternoon summer sun in the sitting area. Kind regards, Mike

Kenlow manufactured an annexe for our Jayco Silverline van. Before it was fitted our awning was damaged in a storm and had to be replaced. This meant remeasuring and adjusting the annexe. We had some trouble fitting it properly and Darren from Kenlow could not have been more helpful. He drove out to Beverley from Perth on a Saturday morning and with his expertise he had it set up perfectly for us in no time. Exemplary service and a quality product. Would definitely recommend Kenlow.

Tried to get a quote salesman rang four times telling me how difficult it would be from photo and didn't sound interested didn't come look in the end I told him not to worry about it , dont want to know what you cant do want to know what you can do , guess I'll never know, seems like they just want the cream , would not recommend ..... Thank you for the excuse but I will be going with one of the 2 companies that actually came and looked and managed to overcome any difficulties that you've imagined from a photo , I am actually annoyed you didn't even bother to look at the job . YOU DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT JOB and started making excuses . 50+ years and you couldn't find one option for me , maybe you should have come to look . I wish you all the best with your business and your 50 years experience . I would recommend to any perspective buyers to get additional quotes

Excellent products, staff that listen and offer sound advice to potential clients, realistic priced goods made with excellent materials. Recommended supplier for caravan awnings, screens and annexes.

Mark stopped by last year to gave us a quote but we didn’t go for it. And I ask him to come again so Today!!!! He comes again right on time. Honest advice, I was really impressed with his service also the lady on the phone (sorry forgot the name) so kind to me.
