Kresta Awnings Blinds Curtains Shutters Mandurah

Very professional and attentive help from Anna at Kresta Mandurah store with a quote for our new house window treatments! Also, October discounts specials made up our mind to go with Kresta. Now looking forward to the installing in December!

Had an in-home consultation and quote with Ingrid who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Had great advice and insight. Cannot wait to see it installed.

From consultation, progress update information to installation the service was great 👍 would highly recommend Kresta blind’s Mandurah

We recently did a serious shed conversion. After the initial measure by the sales “contractor “ the site measurer advised that what was recommended for door blinds wouldn’t work. No problem. We cancelled that part of the order. Invoice received with very little price difference as apparently “the promotional “ price changes constantly! Despite the fact we had paid a deposit as acceptance of the a quoted price. We had to make full payment in order for install! Do not deal with this Company and tell everyone.

We ordered one set of curtains and two blinds on March 2nd with a quoted delivery of 5 weeks. We were asked for and paid a 50% deposit. Now we are informed it will be at least May 1st before they are delivered but only after we pay in full 7 days before we see the product. Who in their right mind pays in full before seeing the finished product. In contrast a couple of weeks later we ordered a 6.5Kw solar panel system from Solargain. No deposit was required and it was installed and running 5 days later. Payment was asked for only after it was installed. We are talking about curtains here, not rocket science. Why such a delay for something much simpler than solar panels which are sourced from the same foreign country.

Most poorly run business I have ever dealt with. 6 months for complete job to be finished when I was told 5 weeks at the start. They make u pay in full before installing but cancel all the time so had all our money in early November and didn’t install till mid January. Many cancellations causing loss of work as had to take time off to meet them and they didn’t show up. Office said they would give us a ten percent discount for our troubles and have not followed through. They won’t return our emails or text messages. Do NOT use this company if you want a stress free service

Absolutely adore my new blinds. Had to wait 3 months , but was told this. They are perfect. It was very difficult getting a company to do black Venetians made of material. So very classy . Thank you so much. Thank you Stephen you where early and put the blinds up so quickly perfect 👌
