This is the worst spotlight store in ha e ever walked into. The merchandising in the store looks like a 2 year old has done it there is random stuff everywhere where you think it would be it never is instead you find it in one of the messy piles you bump into down the centre run that has no access for people to be able to safely walk through. Too bad if you needed to get your wheelchair through there or if a fire broke out. Then to top it off you stand there waiting to get served at the counter with a handful of things and the staff show no urgency instead they stand there gossiping amongst themselves and still don't move until they are ready despite eye contact being made and u know they know your there. Next time I will travel out to rockingham. Basically its an over priced WA salvage or reject shop that's a death trap.
Store was fairly busy but aisles were narrow and blocked in places with no room to turn my eyes wheelchair around. Shop assistance was not easy to find and all he could do was look online for stock of the item.
It’s a rabbit warren of isles & stuffed with everything one could want in the way of household & outdoor furnishings. Great fabric selection & helpful staff. Excellent value for having curtains made & installed. Parking is a bit tight. Members get an extra discount & sale time is a good idea to purchase.
Join the VIP Club for good discounts. Dont pay full price. Be patient and wait for sales and catalogue discounts. 30%, 40% and 50% discounts regularly available on all stock.
Absolutely love this store! It’s beautifully presented, always neat and tidy, and has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The store manager was incredibly knowledgeable, and the whole team was amazing—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. Such a great shopping experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon! 😁
should of been left the way it was! Not impressed with the new layout! Huge section for party supplies, patchworkers have a small area you can't move in. no stars from me, its a disaster! star only because it wouldn't let me pist without one.
The girls we delt with in the curtain and balloon section on Monday were very helpful.
