Can barely walk in there without having to manoeuvre around stock left laying on the isle floors. Very disorganised and cluttered. I’m a VIP member, and this is the worst Spotlight store I’ve ever visited by a long shot.

I am travelling through town and thought I would stop in for some wool. I have been to many Spotlight stores but never to one as dirty as this one. Either the cleaning staff are on strike or the staff are lazy. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Very disappointing. Lift your game Tamworth.

Definitely disappointed! Bad service and Got balloons helium here and they didn’t put plastic bags over them at all to cover them like big w does. So as soon as I step outside one of the balloons just popped. From now on I will not be going to spotlight to do our balloons because of this. Way too expensive too. Avoid at all costs !

Unfortunately most of the staff in this store are angry, rude, unprofessional people who are clearly miserable working here and it reflects in their body language, tone of voice and general attitude. Just because I am in the store DOES NOT mean I have been there before and know where everything is. And when the store is overflowing with products, including items scattered everywhere, does not mean that you can just point and say "over there" when I ask where a particular item is. Please try to do better and be kinder to your customers. We are all doing our best in this crazy world.
