Complete Blinds
About the company
Complete Blinds was established in Melbourne in 1989. The company has been serving Sydney since 2004. Complete Blinds Brisbane offers blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings, and Crimsafe security products. Its sales consultants have over 50 years of combined experience. The Brisbane operation trains its own craftsmen and does not use sub-contractors.
It provides personalised, one-on-one consultation in the customer's home. Manual and motorised operating systems are available. External awnings use UV-resistant materials such as sturdy canvas and clear PVC. Plantation shutters are suitable for windows, French doors, sliding doors, and other areas of homes or businesses.

Perfect installations, the measuring quote was understandable and it looks pretty after its done.
We have enjoyed a excellent experience with Complete Curtains and Blinds. Bella provided super helpful advice when it came to product selection. Her product knowledge and communication skills are second to none! Today Troy attended our home to expertly fit the blinds and curtains, and was efficient, quick and very tidy! Would highly recommend this business!
Normally I only write reviews if they are positive, but unfortunately our experience with this company have been so far from what I’d hoped. Just reading my own bullet points make me wish I’d just bought the blinds online and installed them myself: 1) 2 out of 6 blinds were “missing” on install day. The installer couldn’t tell me where they were, and neither could the office. 2) One blind was installed with a chain although I had requested chain-less. Turns out the sales rep was supposed to have contacted me and told me that it had to be with a chain due to the smaller window size, but she just never did. 3) The chain installed was too long and I had to ask the installer to re-install with a shorter chain. Had the sales rep contacted me like she was supposed to (or had the installer asked first), I could’ve told them that. Now there’s an extra whole in my new window reveal. 4) One of the blinds that wasn’t "missing" were instead made with the incorrect colour backing, despite me stating multiple times that I needed an all-black blind with a black backing. So that blind couldn’t be installed either. 5) In the end 3 out of 6 blinds were installed on that day. two of those blinds are still without pull-taps (because they were also somehow missing) 6) They told me on that day that they would get back to me with an update ASAP, but they of course didn’t. I had to call them myself to get an update 7 days after hearing nothing about the missing blinds. You would think that this amount of mistakes would make you prioritize updating the customer, but no. 7) When I called them, it turns out they’d found the 2 missing blinds! They just didn’t really care to contact me to arrange for them be installed. They were probably hoping they could stall until the black blind had been re-made in a few weeks, so they didn’t have to drive out here twice. Interesting customer service trying to save fuel rather than fulfilling a service we’d been waiting 5 weeks for already. 8) While they did apologize and acknowledge that the number of mistakes were astounding, they so far have not offered any discount or compensation (mind you, we’ve spent nearly 2K on six average-quality blinds) 9) I’m still waiting for three of my blinds to be installed, and at this stage I have zero trust that something else won’t go wrong. Edit after the remaining installs: The two missing white blinds got installed, however, I had to wait another week for another (more experienced) technician to come and tighten the springs in them for them to not fall out as the new technician did not have experience with that. This is of no fault to the new technician though, he was just still learning. Due to the mistakes of the incorrect coloured black blind, we had to go with a different (cheaper) type for our last room. The last black blind was installed a week later, and they of course lost the pull-tab for that one as well. The technician came back later in the day with the missing pull tab. The sales department tried to charge me for the more expensive blind-type in the end. I will not be using this company again.
Complete Blinds were professional and friendly. Our requirements were not standard and they worked hard to find a solution for us. They tweaked and re-tweaked at each stage making sure everything was right. They communicated and kept you informed and updated. I would use them again and I would also recommend them
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the team from Complete Blinds. Extremely happy with how they look and function in our home! Highly recommend!
Highly recommend the team at Complete Blinds. Very professional and a great result. There was clear communication from the start and the time to complete the installation met my requirements.
I'm loving my new motorised blinds recently installed by Complete Blinds Brisbane. They look great and operate smoothly. Looking forward to seeing how they perform in keeping the harsh western sun out. I would recommend blinds from this company for their wide range of colour choices, competitive price and excellent service.
