Such a clever blind, such a clever company! Thank you so much for making such a clever product! From ordering a sample pack (this is a must for you to understand the product and test the colours), to following the 'How to Measure Guide' (trust the guide, it is right!), to delivery (very prompt) and then installation (watch the videos online), I cannot speak more highly of the process. The blind exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier! We have received so many compliments about them, and they have worked so well in our space. We initially wanted plantation shutters, but our windows were too shallow to allow the blades to close without mounting them to the front of the window. Not the look we wanted. These blinds have allowed us to manage the amount of light coming in throughout the day, from full window to total blockout, and everything in between. And when fully opened, they blend into the window surround and are virtually invisible! I was worried they would not be sturdy enough to withstand daily use, but having had them installed for over 3 months now, they are holding up so well. Highly recommend!
I've have just finished installing my three honeycomb blinds. I cannot praise the staff at Veneta highly enough. I had a video consultation about measuring and then sought advice about the best colour headrails to go with my fabric choices. One room I chose light filter, the other blockout. The blockout really does block the light. We have already noticed the bedrooms keep the heat in better. The customer service at Veneta was amazing, friendly, helpful and positive. Installation was extremely simple. I highly recommend them.
We have had a fantastic experience with Veneta. We have received excellent customer service from the delivery of samples, to the initial video consult and especially from the customer support team (shout out to Clem!). We also love the blinds and they look fantastic. Just waiting on the last piece for a tricky to measure bay window - where their measurement insurance paid off :)
Was looking for a solution to covering our very large skylight in our new house. I found Veneta Blinds online, ordered the correct size, two weeks later it arrived. Very easy to fit and works brilliantly. We ordered the long pole to open and close it. Keeps the light and heat out during hot days and keeps the warmth in on chilly nights. Highly recommended
