This is a professionally run business. Responsive, reasonably priced, and most of all when they give a commitment, they keep it. I originally got in touch for a new blind but was advised that my current blind was able to be refurbished at a much lower cost. Purchased an awning 4 years ago. Worked very well no issues. In regional Victoria. We recently had a storm and all of the nylon rollers were broken. Rang seeking quote for rollers only. Came back with quote $10 each min order 10. Thought l will try and source local. Called into local blind seller (The locals could not supply initial awning 4 years ago.) purchased the exact same nylon rollers for a $1.00 each. Yes that’s right a $9.00 price difference. Rang Melbourne Shade Sales and questioned price. Told by warehouse manager need to speak to boss. He then told me he would email boss with my details. Still waiting for call. Product is fine but don’t expect back up service. In response to reply suggesting I purchased cheap imitations rollers could not be further from truth. They are the exact same fitting. The workmanship on rollers is same. Same stainless steel fitting, Same width /diameter rollers. I stand by comment. Still waiting for a call back.

Ivan and his team are great. Great understanding of products and competitive pricing. From start of the process to the quote they have been fantastic. Strongly recommend to everyone.
