Shutterup Blinds and Shutters

Fantastic communication, excellent installation, arrived on time every time. Couldn’t be happier with your customer service thank you!

I sent the below email to the owners of Shutterup: Hi David and thank you so much for this. I need to express my gratitude with Jim and Byron today – two legends that are great ambassadors for the company. • Polite fellas • Great communication from the start of the morning advising arrival time • Helped create a “best outcome” install as we found my mums balcony isn’t exactly square • Super neat and tidy Again, thanks for your company’s help. We’d definitely recommend to anyone needing your products. I’m happy to do a google review if you’d like to send me a link. Thank you again. Stephen

I never leave reviews, but just had to leave feedback in this case. We couldn't recommend this company more highly. Every person we dealt with went above and beyond to ensure a seamless process from start to finish. We got exactly what we ordered, exactly when they said we would, and we are thrilled with the look and quality of our outdoor shutters in a tricky old, crooked house. Whoever recruits for Shutterup needs a pay raise! Awesome people and a rare pleasant experience in the world of home improvement.

From quotation to installation the team were professional and extremely easy to work with. We are very happy with our shutters and would thoroughly recommend them. Supporting a local business was also important to us and we’re so pleased we chose Shutterup Blinds and Shutters.

We are thrilled with the shutters and the service provided by Shutterup Blinds and Shutters. Everyone involved in our job, ie Andrea, Dan, David and Byron were focused on achieving the best outcome for us. The shutters are quality products. The team communicated with us every step from our initial showroom visit to each stage in the production process and installation. Window measurements were double checked for a perfect fit. The appointments for home visits to give advice, sample checks for colour and design and installation were always arranged in advance and on time on the day. All round a good experience. We can recommend this business to anyone looking for blinds and shutters.

We had our lounge room and two bedrooms fitted with shutters, what a transformation!! We really love the shutters and highly recommend this business. From the initial meeting with the salesman to final installation all were very professional and left the premises as clean as they found them. We had a problem with some storm damage to ceilings and Shutterup stored the finished product until all of the restoration had been completed. Would definitely highly recommend and use again. Thank you Shutterup.

Shutterup did a great job fitting our new house with blinds and shutters. During the quote they were able to give us recommendations based on our window sizes, and provided quotes on multiple options so we could consider our budget. Installation was fast, and the team was professional throughout. Very happy with the end product.
