Decor Blinds

Decor Blinds recently installed shutters throughout our house in Brisbane and we could not be happier with the process and the end result. From the initial quote, where there were some great suggestions on different alternative window treatments, to the ordering and installation the process has been faultless. Steve, the actual installer, was incredibly efficient but he also did an amazing job of the installation and provided us with tips on care and maintennace at the end. Decor Blinds shutters are made right here in Brisbane and the quality is really great. In this day and age if an Australian company is making things here in Australia and the quality is as good or better than the imported versions, and the price is comparable, then we should all support Australian made. So call Decor Blinds if you are thinking shutters, blinds or even curtains and get them to give you a quote.

We had Decor blinds install 20 blinds in our house. We were very impressed with the man who came and showed us samples. Once we had chosen our fabric we had a very easy transition to installation. Every blind was the right size and we were very happy with the quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a good product for a good price.

[They have threatened to initiate legal action in response to an honest review I posted. see attached photo] I want to share my experience for those considering installing shutters from Decor Blinds. Be aware that their warranty does not cover the cost of removal and reinstallation for defective products. In my case, the shutters started to bend and deform less than 2 years after installation. Unfortunately, although the issue is due to product failure, I’ve been told I have to pay up to $1,000 out of pocket just to have them removed and reinstalled. This is incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially when the product has clearly not served its intended purpose only in less than 2 years which is far below any reasonable expectation and clearly inconsistent with the performance Decor Blids promote. Think twice before committing, and make sure you fully understand what the warranty actually covers. Their response as shown in the attached.

About 4 years ago Decor blinds installed external blinds on 2 of my windows to help keep the rain off my windows as I had an issue with security screens not letting the water out quickly. During the wind and rain of Cyclone Alfred they have done a fantastic job of keeping out the rain. Time to look at replacing the last of my blinds with new Decor Blinds. Great quality and great value for money shutters and blinds.

I've used Decor blinds for my home (outdoor shutters) and my business (roller blinds) and couldn't fault them. Quality is excellent. They know the materials and offer wise advise during the quotation phase. Installation was quick. Communication was no problem at all. Will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We recently had curtains installed by Décor Blinds Commercial and we can highly recommend them. Everyone from Décor was very professional, courteous, and informative. Both Cameron, the chief estimator and the technician Arthur who installed the curtains were excellent to deal with.
