We recently had a building contractor open our beautiful Shadewell Awning to protect him in the rain without our knowledge. But he then proceeded to wind it up the wrong way which caused the canvas to 'twist'. However a call to Joe at Shadewell had the problem sorted out over the phone in 5 minutes with no need for a service call. Customer service from the way the phone was answered to the prompt service was even better than 5-Star. And yes, their products are also highly recommended!
Shadewell is a very easy company to deal with. Communication is fabulous. All the staff we had contact with were punctual, efficient and courteous. We are very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them.
After several other companies kept giving me the run around I had a great experience with the team at Shadewell. Electric awning arrived on time and the team rushed to get installation complete just before Christmas. Really happy - would definitely recommend to others.

We have recently had an awning installed at our apartment in South Yarra and are delighted with the result. The team at Shadewell have been excellent to deal with throughout the process. We recently had external awnings replaced, as well as new awnings installed. From the moment the on line enquiry was placed to the installation completed we had no complaints. We have now had the internal shutters installed and are very pleased with the quality and manner in which they have been installed by Hugh.
