Competitively priced, quick turnaround and great to deal with. Had a combination of manual & motorised blinds and curtains installed in our apartment for four rooms. Quote was provided quickly and from approval to installation was two weeks. Vivian and Nick were lovely to deal with and have been very responsive with troubleshooting after installation. Product is beautiful and makes our apartment feel much more like a home. Thank you!

Unreliable, dishonest & terrible customer service. Previously purchased zebra blinds, one of the cords broke which pulls the blind up & down. I needed a new cord. I spoke to Nick the owner who gave me the runaround for 2 weeks then wanted to charge me $250 to replace the cord. He made out it was a big job & the blind needed to go to the factory to fix for a PROFESSIONAL job. Ended up being a very simple job to fix it & replaced it myself. Cost me $7 & that was for a new chain. Never will I do business with them again. Very disappointing
