A huge thank you to Cameron, Kyle and Doug for our awesome shutters. Cameron was very meticulous in guiding us to our final choice, and what a choice it was. Kyle methodically measured our areas and the install with his colleague, Doug, went off like a charm, and the pictures show their end result. Not to mention how nice they made our patio look. I’m so impressed, we have Cameron coming back in a little over a week to quote the opposite side. We love them.
Absolute pleasure to deal with , from booking the quote with on line inquiry, a follow up call, prompt, professional quote by James , we were kept in the loop throughout the process , with our installer Damon doing an amazing job , we can’t be happier. I was very impressed with the service we received from Factory direct Shutters. Kim was lovely when she came for the quote, she listened to our needs and gave us great advice. At no time did I feel pressured into buying the products. We were quoted for a vertical blind and Plantation Shutter.The quote for our blind and shutter was very affordable. Our Vertical blind has been Installed. The two gentleman that came to fit it where professional and friendly. Love the vertical in our family area it finishes it of nicely and complements the walls. Can't wait for the Plantation Shutter to ve Installed.

Very happy with our shutters. They look very smart, easy to operate. The entire process from quote to install included fantastic service and were a great price. We will get more for the bedrooms once we renovate that end of the house
